You can improve on the receptionist answering to patients on phone. My husband had to call back to my son to see doctor, as told to by this certain doctor wk before, was not pleased with her attitude towards me, very rude!!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The doctor I saw didn't rush me and seemed to have time to discuss my condition and the treatment options available. I felt involved in the decision on the best course of action and that the doctor was genuinely interested in me as a person and the impact my illness has made. The facilities offered at the surgery are excellent - a lovely, clean and welcoming environment. I like the music that plays in the waiting room and the ticketed appointment waiting system.
